My approach to teaching yoga asana is through my understanding of anatomy and biomechanics, incorporating playfulness using various props to guide your body into its ideal alignment as we flow through a number of dynamic sequences. My passion and my mission is to transform my students into the best versions of themselves through the practice of yoga, helping them to live comfortably in their bodies. Each yoga sequence will be guided with safety and compassion as students explore the fun of yoga.
