As a mom of two. Pregnancy and postpartum is not was not a walk in the park. Especially for an active person who loved all sorts of physical activities and being told towards my second trimester on my first pregnancy that I was to avoid all physical activities due to one of my complication but prenatal yoga was acceptable. I was super thankful for my yoga practice.

After my second pregnancy I can’t walk a block without feeling pressure on my pelvic floor or pee in my pants. I was told that I have uterine prolapse and that may lead to my incontinent. I will require surgery. or perhaps a total removal of the uterus to correct my issue. I instantly left that doctor and immediately dive into an extensive amount of pelvic floor research and learn all forms of exercises to aids in my recovery. Now I can run 5 miles without pee in my pant or feeling pressure on my perineum. I love what I’ve learned and would love to share it with many women out there.
